Vortex, Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, accessed April 5, 2016: en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Vortex&oldid=706651597

Kris Carlon «Google Makes One Third of All Global Online Ad Revenue, But There’s Trouble Ahead», Android Authority, March 18, 2016: androidauthority.com/google-makes-one-third-global-online-ad-revenue-680883/ и Daisuke Wakabayashi, «Apple’s Business-Related Revenue Hits $25 Billion», Wall Street Journal, Septem-ber 29, 2015: wsj.com/articles/apples-business-related-revenue-hits-25-billion-1443548280.

Alex Moazed and Nicholas L. Johnson «Why Clayton Christensen Is Wrong about Uber and Disruptive Innovation», TechCrunch, February 27, 2016: techcrunch.com/2016/02/27/why-clayton-christensen-is-wrong-about-uber-and-disruptive-innovation/
13

Henry Mintzberg «The Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning: Reconceiving Roles for Planning, Plans, Planners» (New York: The Free Press, 1994).
30
Peter Drucker «Management Challenges for the 21st Century» (Oxford: Butterworth-Heinemann, 1999, p. 116) и William G. Castellano «Practices for Engaging the 21st Century Workforce: Challenges of Talent Management in a Changing Workforce» (Upper Saddle River, New Jersey: Financial Times/Prentice Hall, 2014, p. 22).
35
«Post-Demographic Consumerism», Trend Watching, accessed April 6, 2016: trendwatching.com/trends/post-demographic-consumerism/.
36
Kirsten Grind «Remember «Liar Loans»? Wall Street Pushes a Twist on the Crisis-Era Mortgage», Wall Street Journal, February 1, 2016: wsj.com/articles/crisis-era-mortgage-attempts-a-comeback-1454372551.
37
Для более подробной информации о коллективном разуме ознакомьтесь со следующей статьей в Википедии: Wikipedia contributors: «Collective intelligence», Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, accessed April 11, 2016: en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Collective_intelligence&oldid=7146194
41

(The Only Sustainable Edge, John Hagel III, John Seely Brown)
